How do you ensure the freshness of my groceries?

We hand-pick every item in your order. Our delivery vehicles are equipped with climate-controlled compartments to ensure that your frozen goods stay frozen and your produce remains crisp from our store to your door.

What are your delivery hours and coverage areas?

We deliver seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To see if we service your neighborhood, simply enter your zip code on our homepage or during the checkout process.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can modify or cancel your order up to four hours before your scheduled delivery window. After this period, our team has already begun the picking process, and changes can no longer be made.

What is your policy on out-of-stock items?

If an item is unavailable, we will provide a substitute of equal or greater value if you have selected 'Allow Substitutions.' If you prefer no substitutions, we will simply issue a refund for the missing item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Randalls digital gift cards. At this time, we cannot accept EBT for online delivery orders.

How do I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with a product, you can return it to any physical Randalls location with your digital receipt, or contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
